Development Planning is a managerial period where the works to be executed are handled in order to develop the qualifications regarding to specific areas. The essentiality here is to give our personnel the message that the initialization responsibility of their own development period belongs to themselves by creating a development plan. When such an action is being prepared; it gives an opportunity to the employee to discuss and identify their targets and their streghts with his/her manager. Our managers are responsible for following up, directing and supporting the development phase of his/her associates.
In this period; it is aimed to have the personnel specialized in his/her own role within the company and to maximize his/her performance and to enhance his/her qualifications in order to be ready for new responsibilities in the future and to easily adapt to the changing conditions.
On the job training and self-learning methods, which are the most important and efficient ways of development for us, create the base of the development studies.
